Tim Kipchumba
Tim Kipchumba is the President, Mentorthon Foundation and secretary to the board of advisors. He holds a Business.IT Bachelor’s Degree, a Masters of Commerce (Operations) from Strathmore University and an advanced diploma in Procurement and Supply from CIPS (UK). He has received multiple awards including the Business Daily’s 2015 Top 40 under 40 Men’s Award, 2016 President Obama Mandela Washington Fellowship and 2017 British Future Leaders Connect and the Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2016. He leads the procurement, finance and tax divisions at Questworks where he handles business case development, quality control, financial planning and reporting, scheduling, logistics and negotiation, fundraising. Tim Kipchumba has developed expertise in achieving cost savings through managing all aspects of supply chain management particularly international procurement over the course of 6 years. He was previously in charge of international purchases & tax planning for Strathmore University’s phase III expansion, where he helped save over 100 million Kenya shillings for Strathmore University, and even more for other clients in the USA, Kenya, Uganda, and Nigeria.

Johanna Bernstein.

Johanna Bernstein is the assistant dean for global programs at Rutgers University. She has previously held positions of Assistant dean for international programs in Chemistry, director for education, corporate initiatives and international programs and also worked as a senior program coordinator at the university.

 

 

Terryanne Chebet. 
Terryanne Chebet is an exemplary media professional, with key strengths in new media, broadcast journalism, digital news as well as building brands. She is currently the General Manager of Kenya’s leading 24-hour business channel, Metropol TV. Terryanne has worked as a senior financial news TV anchor, business news editor of business TV shows in Africa, covering finance, economics, agriculture, ICT, real estate among other topical issues. Terryanne is an entrepreneur who established Scarlet Digital, a  360-degree communications agency that has tangibly scaled over 20 corporates and is the founder of Keyara Organics, a natural skin and hair care line.

Dickson Kimutai Toroitich is an experienced HR Practitioner Certified by the Institute of Human Resource Management – Kenya. He is a Full member of IHRM, holds MBA in HRM (Catholic University of Eastern Africa), BSC in HRM (Moi University), Executive Diploma in Industrial Relations USIU Africa), HND HRM (KNEC), DIT – KNEC, SMC, CHRP (K) and Certificates in Labour Laws ( IHRM). Dickson is driven by the need for coaching and Mentorship for a better workplace.
